Blessed with clean mountain air and fertile land, our Chamomile is 100% organically grown without the use of any chemical insecticides or fertilizers. Instead, we use neem oil to repel pests and natural compost to provide our fields with nutrients.
The local Himachal women workers have quickly become a part of our extended farm family. Dedicated and hardworking, they are as passionate about the flowers as we are and tend to them with loving care.
We talk to to our plants and frequently play music as we sow and reap, filled with joy that uplifts our soul and connects us to the earth and its gifts.
With a personal touch, the fields are hand watered and every flower is hand picked and carefully sorted. We slow-dry our herbs in cool shaded rooms, without any direct exposure to the sun or artificial dehydrating methods, taking utmost care to ensure that the delicate oils and flavours are preserved through the entire process.
Once dried, our flowers are sorted and packed, delivered directly to your home.
